Science is one of the hardest subject for me. This term for science has been rough for me. I kept on getting in trouble and not concentrating on my work which I need to work on. We did some experiments, we learnt lab rules, we learnt how to light a Bunsen burner, how volcano's are made and how earthquakes are made and more. Some of the lab rules were quite difficult for some of our class mates. Here are 5 safety rules to follow encase you some how go into a science lab.
Lab Safety Rules.:
1. Keep long hair tied up to avoid catching on fire
2. No eating or drinking
3. No running
4. No loose clothing
5. Keep bags away from benches

One of the things we were learning about was the 4 layers of the earth. The crust is the top layer of the earth which the thickness is about 5 km to the third layer which is called the mantle and is about 2,900 km. The mantle is the thickest layer of all 4 layers and it is made up of iron, magnesium, aluminium, oxygen and other materials. The outer core is the 2nd layer of the earth and is about 2,400 thick. The inner core is the 1st layer in the centre of the earth and it is very hot about 98.6F hotter than the sun.
One of the things we also learnt was the super continent that existed approximately 335 million years ago and began to brake apart 175 million years ago.
